  • Do you accept returns?

    Thanks for asking but no, sorry, no returns will be accepted.

  • Can I get a sample?

    Yes, we can post you samples if required. They will be charged out at our normal rates

  • How do you deliver the Loot Bags?

    All of or loot bags are delivered via Australia Post. If you are not home, the postie will leave a card for you to pick up at your local post offce when convienant to you.

  • How do I pay for my Order?

    The best way for you to pay is via our secure online payment system. We accept both Visa and Mastercard.

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    NO! Absoluley not. Just order what you need (a couple extra for suprise guests always is a good idea)

  • How quickly can you deliver my order?

    The loot bags are dispatched the very next day. Depending on your location, you should expect to see your order arrive within 5 days. If you need an express service, please enter 0000 into the postcode box on check out, the fee is $25.00 nationally.

  • How much is the freight?

    Yes, a good question. for all orders up to and including 30 loot bags, the freight is as follows...

  • Does the $3.25include GST?

    YES. The actual price of our bags is $2.95 each but we choose to advertise the Loot bags for $3.25 including GST. We keep our prices to an absolute minimum, our worthy leaders Ms Gillard and Mr Swan need thier 10%. (We will however pass it on to them from you at no charge)

  • When do I give the bags out?

    We suggest as the little darlings are leaving... That way there will be less mess for you to clean up and your guests can contiunue the party in there own house!
